Batch Rating Files

Post by zoltag »

I am working through some file sets that have bad puzzles in them, cleaning them up.

Some of the bad puzzles stop the "batch" by popping up a window that says I can proceed if I turn of the solver. This means I have to sit there and "hit enter" to keep going. I am using version 1514.

I hope you can help?

Using the classify option on a file, I sometimes want to quit early.
Is there a way to stop "classify" midway?

I have tried using exit but that closes the interface yet leaves the classify process on in the background!

Thanks Ruud!

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is no way to interrupt the classification process. Never needed it. For now, breaking up your collection into smaller files may help.

Next version, I will make it respond to the Escape key, like some of the other processes.

I just don't see why the error message pops up, the puzzles are not loaded into the GUI. Why should it respond?

Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Edited to add: More important is, shut down when Sudoko Cue closes!
