While the puzzle is not terribly difficult (a UR and an xy-wing will solve it), it is aesthetically pleasing (well done Ruud) and also gives a very nice example of the broken wing pattern.

The *'d cells would form an impossible odd loop if not for the guardian (&) cells. But r9c6-7-r9c9=7=r4c9 and hence r9c6<>7, solving the puzzle.
