I saved a couple clueless specials and clueless explosions on my computer. When I try to open them, a dialog box appears stating:

"An unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will shut down immediately.

Input string was not in a correct format."

When I click Continue, all that comes up is a blank grid, with no clues whatsoever. When I click the Details box, this is what it says:

"See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog."

I love this software and how much it aids me in completing clueless puzzles without having numerous sudocue programs open at once.

Some help please?

Dear Ruud,

My trial period expired so I just purchased Clueless Helper (Paypal Receipt ID 2024-4419-3640-1110). Yesterday, I emailed you and attached a copy of the receipt.

When I attempt to access the archives with Clueless Helper, I receive the message "Your Clueless Helper trial period has expired."

Does it take some time for your site to verify my payment? Do I need to remove my current installation of Clueless Helper and install another one? Please advise soonest.

Also, I work the Saturday Clueless Specials on another computer. I understand that I need to purchase another copy of the Clueless Helper for this second computer, but will I have any problem "activating" a second copy of Clueless Helper? I intend to use the same credit card for the second purchase.

In 10 days I will travel to Illinois for a week. During my travel I intend to compete in the three weekly contests. As my computers are desktops and will not be with me, is there any way I can use one of my purchased copies during my travel period?

Thank you,
Nouggie Bauer
