Jellyfish / Fishing with Lines in solving guide

Is it possible for someone to take me through this one step at a time so I can see how it is done?
I'm going through the guide (for the 10th time) and am now comfortable up to x-wing and am even starting to see how to get the swordfish (at least in the example), but can't for the life of me see how the jellyfish was found in the example.
I've done the grid up to the point that it is done on the solver and have printed it out - and am trying to 'fish with lines' but can't seem to understand where you start with this technique.
Any 'step-by-step' help would be greatly appreciated!
