What is the difference between a PostReply and a QuickReply?

A quickreply does not reload the page, making it a little faster. Once you click the "preview" button, you're redirected to the regular "posting" page. There is an option in your profile settings to show the quick reply form by default, so you can start typing the reply immediately.
